Policy Papers can be written on any topic, by anyone - from GCSE student to University Professor. Although it is encouraged that writers should put effort into their work, there is no minimum standard required in order to get an article uploaded onto our website. This is based upon the conviction that an argument must be judged on its merits, not on the merits of the person proposing it.
